STDs from mutual masturbation

I had mutual masturbation with a guy. No oral or others involved. His hand touched his penis, and then mine. Now I have symptoms such as sore throat, burning sensation inside my penis, pain in my left testicle, and tired. I had STD tested on chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, hep B, and herpes. All came back negative. But I was told that those results are accurate after 1 week.
my questions:
1. Do I need to do the test again?
2. What STDs could I got from my exposure?
Thanks.

One more question:
Before I went to chlamydia and gonerriha tests, I had some amoxilin. Would amoxilin affect the accuracy of the chlamydia and gonerriha test? Doctor swapped something inside my penis.
Thank you again. I really appreciate your help.

You mean it is not possible for trich to transmit from man to man by mutual masturbation? His hand with some of his precum touched my pee hole for a while. Is it possible for trich to go inside my penis that way?
After almost 3 weeks, I still feel discomfort inside my penis. No chlamydia and gonerriha for sure now. Feel exhausted. So i definitely dont need to go tested for trich?
Thank you for your time.

What I was told by different people were not same. Life360 told me that no STD risk at all for mutual masturbation, but HTH told me that HSV and HPV are possible, just need time to show blisters or simply assymptomic. A little confused here.
Based on my exposure and symptoms, is it like herpes? If not, what could that discomfort be? Can I have unprotected sex with my wife before I have conclusive test for herpes?
I an so sorry for posting again. But I really need help. Please!

I got tested on chlamydia and gonerriha again 2 weeks after mutual masturbation, and all came back negative. Thank all of you who answered my questions.
Now 3 weeks after the mutual masturbation, I still feel uncomfortable inside my penis. It doesn't hurt that much, not itchy, just discomfort there. Is it symptom of herpes or HPV? Or is it possible from the masturbation that could injured me?
Sorry for more questions.

One more question: I got tested 5 days after my exposure. Both chlamydia and gonerriha tested negative. Can I say I don't have chlamydia and gonerriha now? Thanks.

Even oral with the condom is not a risk. Vaginal with a condom is the bigger risk as the genital area could be in contact. From what you did does not pose any health risk. So theres nothng to test for.

I got tested 5 days after my exposure. All came back negative. I know it was too early for HSV or HPV, but can we say I don't have chlamydia and gonerriha now?
I never have oral and anal or intercourse with anyone, just mutual masturbation. Oh no, one guy sucked me for about 10 seconds with condom on. That's it. Is HSV-2 or HPV still possible?
How long do I need to test for HSV or HPV after exposure is conclusive?
I am really scared. Please help me!

If you feel you have an std, it was not from your posts activity..it was from a prior incedent.  Mutual masterbation is not any risk  and if you test because of this it is a waste of money,

Thank you for answering my question.
Do you mean I don't need to rest for chlamydia and gonerriha, but need to wait for a while to test for HSV and HPV?

Actually the precum can have also have bugs be it viruses or bacteria.. STDs is so called because there is transfer of bodily fluid, referring to the transfer of oro-genital-anal bodily fluids. These regions harbor STD bugs because these bugs tend to somehow have tropism (likeness) for the kind of cells over there.  So, if he actually transfer his precum to your meatus, then you will likely have done an exchange of bodily fluid by definition. And ppl with STD can either have subtle or obvious signs of infection. Whatever, an exchange of bodily fluid means an exposure to infectious agent.

You can do a comprehensive test but sometimes all standard test could be negative, in which case, a viral or atypical infectious agent could have been contracted

HSV is quite common, but no blisters are necessary to appear on the infected ppl to shed viruses.  HPV is even more common.  THere are tests for HSV (type 1 or 2), but HPV is not a standard test common everywhere.  AFAIK, nowdays women pap smear could be checked for commonly dangerous HPVs (type 6,11,16 and 18).  There are a number of other types of HPVs that are also quite dangerous, since they can cause cancer

Your symptoms, if it gave results that are negative on standard STDs, may be related to atypical bacterial infection or viral related, which could be HPV.  HSV 1 or 2 , as far as I know, needs a bit of time to give the blisters after first infection

Thank you so much for answering my question. Then why I still have burning sensation inside my penis? Is it herpes? I don't see any blister or bump though.

Hi and welcome. Mutual masturbation is not a risk for contracting std,s. For that type of risk there needs to be naked body to body contact with rubbing and grinding esp in the genital areas. with out this there is no risk.
