Hello, i had a protected blowjob from CSW and before putting the condom, the lady has taken condom into mouth and had it inside for few minutes, when she put the condom on me it had full of saliva in it.

There's no risk from her putting the condom in her mouth. The risk from oral sex would be if your penis entered her throat.
There is also no risk rom hugging and her sitting on you.
