I got a hand job and a vibrator was used briefly on my bare penis (no condoms used). She was a pro dominatrix who claims to clean toys....

Since the next day I have had very itchy and burning tip of the penis, no obvious discharge and it does NOT burn when I pee.

I was prescribed a week later antibiotics for Trich and chlamydia which I took, and subsequently tested neg for chlamydia and Gon but the symptoms still remain.

Currently waiting on further test results but my question is this...

1. What are the odds of contracting something from the vibrator

And..

2. Could my girlfriend who just touched my penis (no oral or hand job, just holding it) have contracted something from me herself if I did infact have something...?

Symptoms the next day are never STD symptoms. STD symptoms take at least 2 days to appear.

What you were feeling might have been irritation from the vibrator, dehydration, or anxiety.

Unless she used the vibe on someone else and then immediately on you after, there is no risk. Whatever would be on the surface of it would die as soon as it dried. Also, professional sex workers rely on not transmitting diseases to their clients, and are usually educated about safety and cleaning.

Touching your penis doesn't transmit anything. STDs are transmitted by oral, vaginal and anal sex, or unclothed direct skin to skin, genital to genital or genital to anal heavy grinding/rubbing.

You probably didn't need the antibiotics. You don't mention how long ago this was, or what other testing you are waiting for. What are the chances that this is dehydration or anxiety?

I agree with all points but I still got this burning in my penis urethra 1 month on even after the antibiotics.

I'm waiting tests for Tric, mycoplasma gen, and a few others.

If you have any of those things, you didn't get them from the vibrator.

It's been a month. Have you seen a urologist? Done any kind of testing besides STD testing?

Was the vibrator used inside you at all, or just outside?

Vibrator was external use only.

Only STD tests so far. As said, not Gon or Clamydia and my 2nd round of tests will re-test for those two and more.

How concerned should I be that if I did have something such as trich or Mycoplasma gen that I could have infected my partner?

Her touching my penis, then touching herself etc? Really concerned about that or some other form of cross infection...

Her touching you then touching herself, or touching herself then you - not a risk. I'm including links at the bottom that help explain why.

Was there oral sex? Vaginal or anal sex? Did your unclothed penis or anus come into contact with her mouth, unclothed genitals or anus? If not, then you had no risk.

If you had no risk, then your partner has no risk.
