Touching a penis, and then touching my mouth...any risk?

Hello, I'm a woman who recently had an encounter with a guy in his early 20's. For about a minute I touched the shaft of his penis (I don't think I touched the tip, and did not feel any moisture); he then licked the fingers I had used to touch him with, and then kissed me. Would there be any risk of transmission of any STD's, STI's or anything else this way?

No, there's no risk to this. Hands are not an efficient way to transmit STDs. There's exposure to air, not enough friction, too many transfers (your hand to his mouth, then to your mouth), etc., etc., to really sustain anything.

The only ways to get an STD are mouth to genital (oral sex), genital to genital (rubbing, grinding, penetration - all while unclothed), genital to anal (rubbing, grinding, penetration - all while unclothed).
