Oral from streetwalker extremely worried

21 days ago I picked up a streetwalker for some oral. I stimulated myself til I was erect. Once I was erect I put on a latex lifestyles condom and she started preforming oral on me. The whole encounter was protected although I can’t say with 100% certainty that she didn’t touch my balls with her hand or tongue, if she did it was extremely brief. The entire encounter lasted 5-7 minutes. To summarize protected oral sex from high risk partner, possible ball touching, is there any real risk of herpes or syphilis? I’m so worried this is my first step out of my marriage and I’m filled with worry. Thank you for your help!

While it's possible, the chances are a lot lower since you used protection. Syphilis is not that common, so that wouldn't be a big concern for me. If you already have herpes type 1 (think cold sores), and she didn't have an outbreak, then you wouldn't get it again in a different location. If she did have an outbreak, the chances of you getting it genitally are a lot lower than if you didn't, but you don't mention any sores on her mouth, so I'm guessing she didn't.

There is no risk from her touching any part of you with her hand.

So in summary - possible, yes - likely, no.
