Scrotum licking

Hello, I am a 40 year old male in a relationship. 4 months ago I visited a glory hole on a business trip. It had always been a fantasy of mine. And I acted for the first time. A penis appeared, I played with it with my hands, and in a moment of lust, I licked the scrotum for 3-4 seconds max. The penis then disappeared. It was very dark and anonymous. As far as I know, no semen, and I only ever licked the scrotum. No shaft or head.

What are the risks of an STD from this encounter? Further, what possible STDs could be possible? And if any, would they only manifest orally?

I have been suffering tremendously from anxiety. As the most I have ever done was jack off with other males, but I lost it and licked the stranger’s scrotum.

I have noticed no symptoms orally or elsewhere. But my anxiety level has been through the roof and this has negatively affected me.

Thank you so much

There is no real risk here. A quick lick on a scrotum isn't going to transmit anything. Even one act of full oral sex is considered low risk enough to warrant testing. You barely did anything, clinically speaking.

Please remember that guilt doesn't equal risk, and anxiety will let you think all kinds of things. You really have nothing to worry about.
