Am I at risk of chlamydia/ gonorrhea/ or warts??

About 5 days ago I received unprotected oral sex from a female worker ( stupid thing to do), maybe around the 1 or 2 days after the encounter, I started feeling a itching sensation at the tip of my penis, not a excessive itching, no visible bumps or sores or lesions, but the itching sensation still is present. No visible discharge, (don't know if it easily noticed) and no pain when I urinate. Is chlamydia and gonorrhea and warts easily passed from unprotected insertive oral?
