Should I worry?

I went to visit a commercial sex worker yesterday for a hand job at first.
We showered together and the girl kissed me all over my body including sucking my nipple, scrotum and the shaft of the penis (you know like eating corn ... and no direct contact between her mouth and the head of the penis).
So she used her hand to finish me off.
Since there must be some saliva on the penis shaft and there must be some brought to the head of the penis.... am I at any kind of risk? or maybe from the sucking and licking?
By looking at this site, it seems to me it was a zero risk encounter. (STD international people may say differently though). But I guess my anxiety and guilt have taken over my senses and it will be very helpful to get some opinion from you all regarding my potential exposure.
Am I at any level of risk at all? Any chance I could have contracted any form of STD?
Thank you all.
By the way, why the doctors are not taking questions no more?

Thank you ...
Sorry to ask again ... So I shall just forget about it and let it go? Get on with my normal life and shouldn't worry that I am putting my partner in danger?

No real risk.

The Dr's are no longer on this site due to some legal reasons with the recent aquisition of medhelp by another company.
