STD symptoms and transfer to other people

Assuming that I do not wash my hands after urinating and I have std symptoms present, what are the chances of me transferring it to other people ?

I'd wash your hands in general after urinating.  In terms of transferring STD's through your urine that may have gotten on your hands during the peeing process, you would not risk passing an STD to others.  It is named SEXUALLY transmitted diseases because you pass it through sex.  Best
