Small bumps around head of penis

I had no idea where to post this. SO please excuse me.

for as long as I can remember, I have had these tiny (many) white bumps around the head of my penis. Sum bumps on my shaft. I dont know were I got them from, all I know is that it cant be a STD because I have never had sexual intercourse. These bumps never bug me, they never itch and nor do they "pop". They are just there for me to stare at and wonder what it is; or so it seems.

If i try to pull one off, it hurts. It is very painful. I havent told my parents because im to embarrassed to tell them. I want to treat my self. I want these bumps to go away. But first, I need to know what they are. Can anybody PLEASE help me? If you want more details, ill be happy to tell, I just really want answers and a way to make them go away.

A bit more detail:
Yes, I do masturbate. I will admit, often; but when I do, I always make sure it is in a clean environment. I never masturbate without washing my hands before and after of course. I clean my genitals after also. I make it a habit to do so. I never use "toys" and I have NEVER let anyone else touch me there. Only me. I do not use any weird lubes, I have herd of some people using olive oil and butter, and other kitchen supplies?! I do not. I don't use any lube or whatever you want to call it. I try to make it as clean as possible. Not to say that I make it so clean I dont enjoy it, Yes, i try to. And, I really do enjoy it.
No, I have never bleed (spelling?) while masturbating, because I do not do it "vigorously". My urine never burns, ejaculating doesn't hurt. And I have no problem "getting it up".

Need I say more?

Please help me! anyone!  Any thoughts at all!

Nope, and you don't need any.  Its totally normal, and the glands are an important part of your body.

Its not something that is wrong - they are supposed to be there.  Some have them more pronounced than others, that's all.

Google pearly penile papules and fordyce spots and see if those fit.
