STI? Penis Sensitivity? Ejaculation issue?

For the past few years I’m noticing an occurring issue that I would like to get to the bottom of and would like some insight on. Every time I’m receiving oral and a time when I just received a handjob from someone, a few hours later I feel an ache/tingle/itch in my penis afterwards. This tingling feeling lasts for a week or so. So when this has happened before a few times, I get paranoid and get tested. It’s never been an STD. I just recently got tested again because I am currently feeling that sensation after I was given oral. Any ideas on what this could be?

Do you think you may have an anxiety issue?  It sounds like perhaps that is the culprit here.  Hand jobs present no risk for an STD. Oral sex is very low and in the absence of symptoms, you wouldn't need to test for it. NO std shows up within a few hours of contact.  It's never a bad idea for an adult to have a routine screening for std's but you've described absolutely nothing that would make me think you have some hidden, recurring std.

Thank you for your response. I do have anxiety about the issue for sure. It makes me nervously get tested each time. But would anxiety cause the sensation that I absolutely do feel in my penis? I wouldn’t be so concerned if this sensation wasn’t present. Since I do have this sensation usually a few hours after the act. After doing some research I’m wondering if the feeling could be coming from the lube being used or the friction from the handjobs?? But if so, would that cause me to feel what I feel for more than a week? It’s like slight itching and tingling that I feel in my penis that comes and goes for more than a week. Thank you for any insight.
It could be anxiety. Does it subside when you get negative test results?

It could be a sensitivity to lube. Get some for sensitive skin, or all natural lube.

When you masturbate, do you feel it, or is it only with activity with others involved? Do you use lube when you masturbate?

When I get negative test results I don’t really notice the issue being present or not. The sensation just goes away on its own. I’ll try to notice this time if it goes away after I get my results.

I’ll keep an eye out for the type of lubes I do use. I was wondering if the sensation in my penis is from the persons saliva/mouth?? Which prompts me to think it may be a STI.

I feel this feeling only with activity with others. I have never felt it if I masturbated myself. I don’t use lube when I masturbate usually.

Keep an eye out with the lube and/or anxiety with others.

I doubt it's a sensitivity to saliva. Lube, for sure, as it has all kinds of chemicals in it. If it's saliva, it wouldn't be unless you had one steady partner and they used a toothpaste or mouthwash or something you were reacting to and they were using it just prior to your encounters. Or maybe it's toothpaste/mouthwash, but all of your partners would have to be using just prior to the encounters.

My guess is lube or anxiety.

How likely is it for STI symptoms to be present a few hours or the next day after oral? And if my penis is having this sensitivity and tingling from lube possibly, is there any recommendations on what I should use to heal it?
STI symptoms take at least 2 days to appear.

The only thing that can heal sensitivity from lube is time, and try drinking plenty of water to flush anything out.
Thank you for your responses.
You're welcome. :)
