Small dark bump head shaft of penis

I just saw my girlfriend over the weekend and had vigorous intercourse sex with her for the past two and a half days. I noticed just yesterday that I have a small dark bump on the right side of the penis head/shaft. It's hard to see unless you turn the penis up or if you hold the penis in a certain direction.

Anyway, not sure how long I've had this or it developed over the weekend.

My question is could I have developed this bump as a result of a vigorous friction or could it be something else? It does not itch nor is it red. I really don't want to touch and will see the dermatologist next week. Maybe it's my imagination, but it seems a little smaller than yesterday but I'm obsessing over it now.

For the time being, any possible ideas as to what it could be is greatly appreciated. Wish I could post a picture for review.

Thank you.

We would not look at a picture even if you posted it.

You would have to see a Dr, bumps, spots and things of that nature can be many things often not a STD, but only a Dr with an exam and possible tests can tell you what it is. Probably just irritation

On top of the bump appears to be a small white pimple. Very small. Looks like it could be popped.
