Some rare std?

Hi,
Im a 30 year old male in NY, I had unprotected vaginal with a csw in while on business in china a few months ago.   16 days after the act the head(glans) my penis got extremley red and irritated(no blisters) lasted for 4 weeks.  Within 2 days after the start of the problem with my penis I got completely ill( fever, nasue, vomitng, diareah, nightsweats, malaise) lasted for a about a week or two.  I took the following tests 8 weeks (clym,ghoner,syhpillis,hiv,hsv-2,hep b/c) all negative,  16 weeks (hiv,hsv-2,htlv1/2,cmv,lyme, cbc,sed rate,ana,cd4 subset, hiv rna pcr) all negative or normal.   My real problem is that at week 8 ,I developed a tremor in my whole body, its there 24/7 and doesnt go away ever not even with alcohol.  I also got these symptoms a week 8 that wont go away (troubled by severe neck pain, sore armpits and groin.  Intermitent severe fatigue/ nasuea vomiting, bad muscle and joint pain.  I believe I have had more than sufficeint testing for hiv/syhpillis as well as more rare infections(hltv/cmv/lyme).  The issue is I find it hard to believe that my current problems have nothing to do with the sex act considering everything started with a badly red and irritated penis, it was a literal red flag!!  I spoke with a good friend and told him my situation,  and he responded with the exact fear i had..  He said" you may have gotten something we dont know about yet".  Which is a fear i have been contemplating.   Think about this.  In the early 1980's , people started to get real sick because of hiv/aids, and no one believed them or took them serious because we didnt know about it then.  Whos to say there isnt something similar out there now?
I know my body and I know something is way wrong ever since my sex act. I know there is slim to no chance its hiv or any of the above i tested for.  So what is going on?  Has anyone heard of a new potential std going around?

Yes, I have seen my regular doctor and a neurologist.  The neurogist confirmed I have a tremor, he thinks its familial tremor, which makes no sense to me since no one in my family has it and i got it after my flu like illness.  My regular doctor was worried at first when he saw the rash on the penis glans and my fever, thats why he agreed to so much testing.  But now hes said it must have been something else like a flu at the same time as a fungal thing.. agiain to much of a coincidence.  I know all my tests are conclusive,  I dont think I am "THE FIRST" to get some new infection , but who knows if other people are sick also and their docs say = anxiety blah balh,,, anyway.  guess ill find no answers here. thanks for the responses though.

No new STD's that is not known by the medical community.
Did you just test or did you actually speak to a Dr and let him/her know the entire story?

All tests taken were conclusive at the times taken.

You had all the STD test after the window periods and they were neg. This is not an STD, Your rash on your penis could have been just that a rash, irritation. It sounds as though you have a lot of anxiety and you need to work with a doctor to figure this out... honestly i think this is a health issue more then any thing else... you were in another country and could have picked up the flu ect.

You can continue to get tested but your results aren't gonna change and niether are your symptoms until you believe your results.
And I think it would be extremely rare that you would be the first to get infected with a "new infection"

Good luck.
