Fever With STD

Hi Everyone,
I was very stupid and had unprotected sexual contact with a one night strand. We did not have intercourse but I did receive oral, I fingered and I rubbed my penis on the outside of her vagina. This was just over a week ago. Just recently I been having some strange symptoms.

1) I have had a constant burning sensation in the tip of my penis. I had a UTI test but that came back negative so I'm pretty sure that I got an STD of some sort.
2) No warts or rashes have appeared.
3) About 3 days after the contact, I had diarrhea for 2 days.
4) I don't think my glands are large.
5) I don't have a fever but today I started feeling warmer than usual. My temp is 98 degrees but I just feel warm.
6) I only get headaches or a sore throat when I am overly thinking about my symptoms.
7) I do not feel anymore tired than usual or have a decreased appetite.
8) My muscles don't really ache either.

I am getting nervous though because I know that I picked something up from her though and I am starting to feel a little warm today. I plan on going to take a test on Monday. Would this be too soon to get an accurate result? What does everyone else think about my symptoms. Is a fever or feeling warm a symptom on gonarhea or chlamydia.

Thank you

you can test for chlamydia, gonorrhea and ngu at this point.  a normal urinalysis though means it's not likely it's any of those either.
