need help! question about Chlamydia and sexual activity after treatment

i was diagonesd Chlamydia at last thursday, then doctor gives me two tablet which is 500gm azithromycin, i started treatment at thursday

doctor said dont have sex within 7 day , (third day in treatment )but last night i did stuipd thing which is i fingered ,hand job to my partner (female). from begining to end i did not insert my dick to her ***** ,i justt wanna know , is it possible to spread this STD TO HER . help !!!!!!!
