Lack of info for Urologist?

Hi Doctor,
I'm a 49 year old man, married for over 16 years (both faithfully).
I went to see a urologist about some symptoms and he said it wasn't prostatitis or ngu. After leaving the office I thought that I hadn't told him of other symptoms.
Before that appointment I had twice (2 years ago and 3 months ago taken a test chlymidia test with neg results because of a tingling sensation at the tip of my penis. Also had 2 PSA tests done: nothing abnormal
I told the urologist about some symptoms (very occasionally a little pain with urination/a short tickling sensation after I lay down after urinating at night, tighness in the perenium (but not for a while). He also looked at my penis-I told him it can get some red spots/bumps on the head- and he also looked at my foreskin near the penis as it gets red and itchy and there is constantly a red mark (it sort of goes away with canesten). In fact, it can bleed a little sometimes after sex near there, which I forgot to tell the doctor.
What I also forgot to mention was that the urethra is very occasionally a little irritated and that the tip of my penis sometimes tingles/itches (this has been going on, off and on,for at least 2 years.
Also I forgot to mention that very occasionally, when I get an erection, the top of the shaft of the penis hurts (maybe the dry skin from the possible yeast infections that he said I could have) and it seems to hurt on the inside in the head of the penis. This also happened 2 years ago for  a short time but stopped.
My questions are:
1) Would the things that I forgot to mention change his diagnosis (not proststitis nor a NGU?)
2) Could I have something that could hurt my wife  (trich/ Ureaplasma urealyticum/ Mycoplasma genitalium...) or give her PID?

I do have problems with OCD so am I just being stupid? Thank you so much and looking forward to your reply.

Hi and welcome. Im not sure about some of the thing you mention but the red spots on the penis tip could be a allergic reaction to any medications your taking. I had them also from meds for high blood press and chlorstal and a salt pill. They come and go and use cloderm as goes away in a few days. The dermatoligist said that for some strange and unknown reason these reactions show up there. The spots do get sensitive and believe if i had sex they would bleed also.

I'm voting for your ocd kicking in :)

none of your symptoms sound std related.

did your provider recommend any treatments for your symptoms?
