About 16 months or so ago I gave a blowjob for about 10-15 seconds, and this is the only sexual exposure in my life. About 1-2 weeks later, I noticed an itchy rash form on my neck and shortly after that, another rash formed on my trunk that looked like the pityriasis rosea rash. It went away after about a month but since then I've had chronic hives, foamy urine, and a random pimple in my groin area and one on my leg.
I initially saw a doctor about this and she said she wouldn't worry about syphilis in this instance, but this was before I kept getting these chronic hives, or random bouts of itchy red patches on my skin. Should I be worried about syphilis in this case? I didn't notice a chancre on the guy I blew but the car was dark so I can't say with 100% certainty that there was no sore. Additionally, I didn't notice a chancre develop before my rash however it could've been in my mouth and thus hard to notice. Does a chancre need to be present for syphilis to spread, or can it be spread through pre-cum as well? I'm just worried now that I've had syphilis for two years without realizing it but realistically how likely is syphilis in this scenario? I had a blood test early last year with a high WBC count and high basophils suggesting an active chronic infection.
