Syphilis risk after unprotected oral and rimming
Hi, i am Robin. My time line=
18 sept 2022= my exposure, i received unprotected oral (my penis on his mouth) and unprotected rimming by male masseur, but in very short of time(fleeting i guess)
19 sept 2022= i started take doxy as doxyPEP, but only take 100mg not 200mg. I take doxycycline for 3 day until 21 Sept 2022.
23 sept 2022= i take 2g Azithromicin
30 sept 2022= i take 1g Azithromicin
7 oct 2022= i take 800mg Cefixime and 1g Azithromicin
23 oct 2022= i feel pain in my anus due to external hemarrhoid, when i look it, there are redness, i scare that is syphilis ulcer.
26 oct 2022= i took RPR test and TPHA test (5 weeks plus 3 days after exposure). The result is non reaktif for both of test.
My question=
1. Is my "5 weeks plus 3 days" test after exposure OK?
2. If my hemarrhoid ulcer is syphilis ulcer, my RPR and TPHA test must be reaktif?

Why are you taking all these antibiotics? Are you trying to treat STDs?
Did you test for anything besides syphilis?
Most likely, if you had symptoms, your 5 week test would be reactive. Most people test positive by 6 weeks. I wouldn't worry.
I am concerned about all the antibiotic use, though. If you take antibiotics you don't need, you create resistance, and they won't be useful for you when you do need them.

I take antibiotic, because i scare.

No, it wouldn't definitely be reactive by now, but most likely it would.
You are low risk for syphilis because the rimming was so brief, and a syphilis sore appears at the point of entry. I wouldn't worry.

It could delay a chlamydia or gonorrhea detection, but the meds you took would cure chlamydia, and maybe gonorrhea.
It's another reason why you shouldn't take them. Remember though that your risk is very, very low.
It would not delay syphilis detection. The RPR syphilis test is looking for antibodies, not the actual bacteria.

Auntie Jessi, now, i take medicine for hemarrhoid, it's better take RPR test right now or after finnis hemarrhoid medicine or waiting 12 weeks after exposure (December 2022)?

If the medication isn't an antibiotic, it won't affect anything.
Yesterday i took self syphilis test (but cheap self syphilis test only USD 1.5 in Indonesia), the result negative.
