Hi Doctor,
I am scared whats been happening to me i had sex once with a prostitute we had protected sex but unprotected oral. The next day i feel really guilty of what i do and feel soo foolish on why i did that in the first place. I noticed that my penis feel warm at the tip and always urge me to go to the toilet. However when i start to walk around it is not noticeable it is only happening when i sit down. I really feel guilty and remorseful.. i think alot and search for answer on the website. Hope you can give me some advice thank you!

Hi Thank you for the quick response i am worried cos the burning sensation did not go away. I went to doctor and was prescribe antibiotic as they mention there is a little urine infection haizz i Am scared.:(
