syphilis to family

Tested pos for syphilis 1:32, started 3 week treatment.  Neg for HIV, HSV, hep A-C, others.  I'm divorced (wonder why?), but I have my kids for regular visitations.  I don't touch them sexually, but I didn't absolutely avoid casual contact before testing (I never noticed a primary sore. Certainly nothing on my mouth.  But I do have a rash on my torso which is dry.  No open sores).  What are the chances I could have given it to them?  I do not want to put them through the embarasment of testing, but I don't want them to get something major in the future.  Thank you.
