Can Mycoplasma Genitalium , Ureaplasma, Trichomansis test be affected by antibodies

Can Mycoplasma Genitalium , Ureaplasma and Trichomansis test be affected by antibodies. I received one azithromycin dose 1g yesterday and have test for the following booked in tomorrow.

I've cancelled the test (£200), as I can't be sure if it will, so i wouldn't get piece of mind so no point. also the antibiotic I received yesterday usually clears 80% of mycoplasma G so I am best to give it time to work as I don't even know if I have one of the above.
