STD risk from a handjob

Last week, I met a man online & we performed mutual masturbation on each other for a few minutes. Neither of us came and I did not notice any sores on his hands or penis but I am now worried about the possible exposure to other STDs (esp. sphyillis). Should I go get tested for STDs/HIV? If so, what are the window periods for each test? Thank you.

Thanks for your response.  Am I safe in assuming that mutual masturbation is considered a safe sex behavior and is not prone to STDs? Just wanted to get a little peace of mind.
