burning in penis somtimes please HELP

I have had an exposure to HPV around my penis shaft 8 years ago, it never reoccurred after that.
Two years ago I had protected sex with a sexworker, to my bad luck the condom ripped. After about 25 days I had a red rash on my penis (no other symptoms like itching, fever etc), upon inspection by 2 dermatologists both of whom diagnosed it to be herpes I was prescribed to have acivior and an oral cream application. After 5 days the rash disappeared completely.
I have been washing my penis (uncurmcissed) regularly with soap. The area where the rash had come is discolored now.
I did not have any sexually contact with anyone after that except my wife with whom I have sex only with protection.
Four months ago I had some red spots on my penis tip. My dermatologist whom I had visited last was out so his assistant diagnosed it to be herpes and advised acivior for 10 days and arithromocin for 7 days.
After 6 days I met the dermatologist who was back now, upon inspection of the red spots which were still there told me to have Flucan 250 as he said it was a fungal infection for 20 day daily and apply Flucream.
Now after 20 days there was a red spot (like a wound best way to describe it), also there was very little burning during urination
I went back to the dermatologist who said it was herpes outbreak but for 10 days after no difference I showed it to another dermatologist who told me to have arithromicin for 7 days. After 5 days still there was no difference I read somewhere that you should not wash the penis with soap so I stopped washing the penis with soap after the 5th day and within 4 days the wound or rash like disappeared.
But I had a burning sensation in my penis sometimes in the day so I went back to the dermatologist who suggested I continue with Arithromicin for another 7 days. Now even after 7 days I have this burning sensatation on my penis tip and more off it happens when I am constipated and when my bowels are clear the burning disappears. Like some days my stomach is ok so the burning is not there but if I have a bad stomach or gasses and acidity the burning on the penis comes back

I forgot to mention that i has tested negative for hiv and hsv after six months of exposure
