The drawstring of my pants touched the rim of urinal

Yesterday while I was peeing in a public restroom the drawstring of my pants touched the rim and outer part of the urinal. Am I at risk of catching HIV syphilis or herpes from what I just described

There is no risk from this at all.

STIs, including HIV, are transmitted by sexual activity. Depending on the STI, they may be transmitted by oral, vaginal, or anal sex, or by unclothed rubbing of genitals.

They definitely require sexual activity to transmit, hence the name "sexually transmitted infections". You will never get anything from a urinal, except maybe grossed out.
