Two part question

Okay, so I'm a little panicky but, I have these small pimple looking things on the underside of my scrotum, probably about 8 all together, they are as big as pimples but will not pop or go away, they don't hurt/burn/itch or do anything except sit there, any ideas?

Also I was masturbating the other day and suddenly i had an excrutiating pain in my shaft, (wayyy prior to an orgasm) so I threw my light on and looked and it looks like I have torn or agitated a little flap of skin that was an after effect of my circumcision (when I was nine) it is basically a little inflamed in that one little spot on my penis and it looks like I have torn the skin, please please help me, doctors app on wed just need some advice to tide me over. thanks!

Without a physical exam no one would be able to tell you those things. Glad you went to a Dr and got your answers.

Can't do much for you because bumps are so many different things, most of the time non-STD related. Have you had unprotected sex recently?
