About 6 weeks ago I had an unprotected oral encounter (receiving only) from a random female sex worker. I was incredibly anxious after the encounter and began to research symptoms. For the next week I checked my penis religiously for a chancre or any lumps, I found a couple pimples, but I have a high sugar problem so I wasn't too concerned.
However, I was still incredibly anxious, the second week I began to feel nausea, but it would go away when I ate something and come back after. I wasn't sure if this was an std symptom or what. Then I started noticing a rash on my arms, I showed this to my mother who is a health care worker and she assured me that I always had them on my arms, but I was still concerned.
In addition to all of this, I've had a watery stool for a mount now which comes and goes. The final straw was when I noticed a rash on under my penis head on the top of the shaft (uncircumcised), but this rash would only appear when I dry masturbate (without lube). If I kept the area moist it was fine. I used a dry skin repair cream and that solved the issue, to the point where I could dry masturbate like usual, until last night when I noticed a dry patch of skin in the same spot (after excessive dry masturbation).
This got me concerned as I'm not sure if its the beginning of a chancre (6 weeks post exposure). I don't have any other symptoms like burning when urination or discharge. But I ordered a finger prick std test kit today to test for everything (including hiv but I'm not too worried about that).
Can anyone tell me if I'm overreacting or if I'm justified in my concerns
kind regards
(PS forgot to mention the brown spot I saw under my foot)
