Hand to Genital Contact (Herpes, Syphilis, HPV)

So about 2 weeks ago I received unprotected hand to genital contact from a prostitute while on vacation in Prague.  No part of her touch me but her hands and her breasts.  I did ejaculate on her hand but no part of her body fluids touched me.  2 weeks have gone by and I did not experience any issues but last Thursday while masturbating I felt a bit of a "friction" feeling on the bottom of my penile shaft that I attributed to dry masturbation irritation so I stopped.  Later that evening I noticed a red bump on that area.  It is not a blister and does not appear to be filled with any fluid.  It is reddish/skin colored but when I stretch my skin it almost disappears and becomes almost impossible to see and sometimes turns white for a bit until it seems blood goes back to the area.  My question is I know that while spending hours on this site to try to calm my nerves all documentation I have found say that STDs cannot be spread through hand to genital contact, but I am scared because if that is the case can I rule out herpes, syphilis, or HPV from this and could just be a friction bump that is staying bc I keep examinging it? Or am I the one who got struck my lightning?  It has been 5 days and the bump is still there but no changes from when I originally spotted it.  I have tried neospirin and it seems to go down a bit when this is applied.  I have been tested before this and was clean and have not engaged in any sexual activity until this incident.

Some websites may say that. But in reality no. Just browse the experts forum and search handjob. No one has gotten a std by a handjob. Its your anxiety talking.

I have seen on some sites while looking that Syphilis can be spread hand to genital.  Not sure what a chancre looks like (tried google images but they seems to be the worst of the worst) but wanted to make sure I can rule that out as well.

Even if the prostitute had "reminance" on her hand from a previous client?  So I can rule out this bump as a STD and chalk it up to friction/irritation and get on with my life?  Anxiety is a hell of  a thing...

Mutual masterbation, zero risk for std's no oral sex no penetrative sex is no risk for std's.
