Unexpected contact between mouth and penis

So here’s my situation. I’m in Vietnam and went for a massage. Everything was going fine. I expected a HJ however the lady attempted to give me oral. It went as far as, I felt the lips of her mouth touching the head of my penis. I stopped her immediately, so the contact duration was 1 second - I have tested for chlamydia, Gon after 13 days and all clear. I’be read other posts and seems that HIV is no risk. I am a little confused about the risk of Hep and syphilis. I’m 24 days post exposure and no symptoms. Would greatly appreciate some professional advice.

While oral sex poses some risk, it is very small. Most recommend to not test at all in the absence of symptoms. And it sounds like you didn't even really have oral sex. That she just touched her mouth to you. HIV is no risk. And At this point, I would not worry at all about any other std's.

Thanks for the response, it is much appreciated. I agree with your observation about not really having oral sex. It was a momentary and confined to the lips of her mouth and the head of my penis. Most unsettling is the risk of Hep B. Could you please help me understand how Hep B is transmitted - I am under the impression that it is more than just skin to skin contact but am not clear. Thank you!
Sincerely, I think your anxiety is getting into the way. She grazed your penis with her lips it sounds like for a mili second. You didn't get Hep B from that.
Hep B is not believed to be spread through kissing, sharing utensils etc. This was like a kiss if that. I'd stop worrying.
