Long story short: Irritated bump on penis in March. Dr stumped. Got the typical syphilis rash, tested positive in May. Titer lab was 32 in May.
Now: Titer lab now 2. Dr says that means successful treatment, and no reinfection.
Current problem: Skin on penis is intact, but there is still kind of a lump in the foreskin where the lesion was. The lump is not as loose as the rest of the foreskin. Seems unusual but maybe it is just because there is a new big vein around where the lesion used to be.
Not sure if I should be worried (Dr doesn't seem to be worried)? I would like get back out there and date again after this whole debacle.
