Really worried regarding contracting STDs
I am a 19 years old male.10 days ago i kissed and got a handjob from a girl.We didn't have any oral or penetrative sex.2-3 days after the act i started to feel tingling sensation and kind of a really mild pain near the tip of my penis and the belly button.I went to the doctor who told me it could be because of the heat and gave me medicines. After the dosage the feeling went away and 1 day after that i started feeling a mild pain in my left testis. I don't know why this is happening.have i contracted any STDs? I am really worried for the last few days please help.

@Life360_Dave.. Sir you really don't have any idea how much relief you bring to us asking these questions thank you so much for the help..and also there is no colourful discharge in the urine or semen it is normal should i be under going any test's?
