Muscle Twitching

To whom it may concern
I am a 24 year old male.  I had unprotected oral sex with an Asian Sex Worker in November 2009.  I became very unwell as a consequence- enlarged lymph nodes, itchy red rash, extreme fatigue, muscle aches and twitching.
I had HIV tests done at 5, 7 and 12 weeks- all negative.
Its now been 4 months and I am still suffering from muscle twitching, especially in my legs.  Apart from that my health is fine.
To be fair I worried a lot about having HIV.  Ive heard a negative at 12 weeks is a good indication though.
What have I caught?

Much appreciated.

muscle twitching has nothing to do with any STDs

HIV is not a risk for your exposure- besides the fact that 12 weeks is conclusive
If you are concerned about other STDs it would be

HSV- 12-16 weeks with a type specific IgG test.  12 weeks if you get the Herpeselect test
Syphilis- 6 weeks
Gono- 5-7 day
chlamydia- to low of an exposure 5-7 days
trich- 5-7 days

maybe take a urine sample to check for STIs but it may not be STD related.
