Urethral Burning for Two Weeks caused by Intense Ejaculation Trauma?

I would love some input on my issue:

About three weeks ago I had a very intense ejaculation after masterbating. Later that night I felt a burning in my groin, especially my urethra, at lasted for a couple of hours. I thought the burning would go away and it did later that night but over the next week i felt a numbness in my groin followed by occassional discomfort, followed by more symptomatic burning sensations in my urethra. I'm still feeling the burning in my urethra and swelling in my meatus or ureathral opening now two weeks after this incident. The pain is mild i can sleep at night but my meatus is becomming more irritated from clothing. I have no discharge and no other symptoms. I'd like to know if i caused myself some trauma when i ejaculated. Is that plausible? or is there something else at play?

Thanks
