Rimming is low risk.

The possibilities are syphilis, if the person had it orally, genital herpes type 1 (if you don't already have it orally), and maybe gonorrhea and chlamydia.

I say maybe to the last two because while it is theoretically possible, you aren't being exposed to the throat while being rimmed, and that's where they would reside if they had those orally. If someone with those orally gave someone with a penis oral sex, the chances would be higher, as the penis enters the throat.

Syphilis is uncommon in most developed countries, so really, the biggest risk is for genital hsv1, if you don't already have hsv1. I wouldn't worry if you don't get sores within a couple of weeks.
