What are they???

I've had sex once and I've noticed that a couple weeks ago after I've had sex I started noticing these things appearing on my penis. I'm uncircumsized and when you roll down the foreskin its right under the frenulum. Thats the only part they are at. They seem to be like dots of skin and they arn't big or anything. Theres just a bunch of them. They look like pimples but they arn't pimples in any way. You can't pop them or anything and they dont hurt. I'm just curious what they are. Its really freaking me out. I did use protection and i even asked the girl if she had anything and she said no. I mean shes dating some other guy atm. I did have a stuffy nose and i cough and what not but its allergy season for me so.. yeah. I've never noticed them before and IM SURE they werent there before i had sex. They started to appear after i had sex. I started masturbating quite often and i feel like that might be the cause of it. Honestly idk what they are. It's been more than a month and i don't have any painful out breaks or anything like that.

Hi, since you used protection they are not related to the act. Maybe there have always been there and never really noticed till you were nerves about the girl. Topical irritations are most often fungal related.
