Protected Sex and Unprotected Oral Sex (Cunnilingus) Help Need Advice Asap

Hi,

I had protected sex (with condom) and unprotected oral sex (Cunnilingus) at a massage establishment where she offer me a bj while i went down to lick her vagina below. I had confirmed there was no unpleasant smell. It was an hour service during 29/03/2024 Friday. The next day I noticed my lingual frenulum that line under the tongue had a white lining ulcer which made me worried. I had tried to google for information, some say it could be tongue tied, skin tag, or my bottom teeth have been rubbing it which causes friction. I have a very short tongue and I did licked her vagina for like 45 mins probably as I did not look at the time. I had include images below for your reference. I would like to ask am I at any risk of STD/STI HIV or worst still HPV. I hope its just a normal ulcer on my lingual frenulum, but 6 days had past, and I had not seen the ulcer getting any better. So I am definitely worried. Hope to hear some valuable advice. Thanks

This isn't an STI, but since it's been there for so many days, you really should get a doctor to check it out.

No STI shows symptoms the next day - 2 days is the absolute minimum. It might be from irritation from performing oral for so long, or something else - I couldn't tell you, but it's not an STI.

See your dentist or your doctor.

Hi Aunt Jessi,

Appreciate the feedback given. What about HPV infection. does going down on a woman using my tongue cause exposure for such? That is my biggest concern currently. Thanks
There is a risk for that, but it wouldn't give you the symptoms you are seeing, and certainly not in that time frame. If it would, I would have told you.

Most oral HPV doesn't present with symptoms, so you'll never know if you have it or not. Even the strains of HPV that cause symptoms can take weeks to months to show symptoms, not hours/days.

If I thought this was even a possibility to be an STI, I'd have told you. Go see your dentist or a doctor.
