The chances of getting HPV from being rimmed or receiving oral sex are really low. It's possible, but much lower than than the chances of getting it from vaginal or anal intercourse.
Anal cancers are rare. It's estimated that there will be less than 10,000 in the US in 2021.

If you aren't in the US, you can find the rates in your country by googling, "anal cancer incidence rates Canada" or UK or whatever country you live in. If you just google anal cancer incidence rates, most often, your own country will appear first.
Be careful to differentiate it from colorectal cancer, though - that's something entirely different. Colon cancer is more common, but is not caused by or related to HPV.
