What type of pain is this?

Hi there, please excuse the rather contentious structure here!
Several months ago I had a one night stand which involved unprotected oral (both ways), but protected intercourse. Since then I have had one noticeable symptom - back ache.
So two weeks ago I had a blood test, which came back all clear. I ergo saw fit to have a few tests at a Sexual Health clinic last Thursday, the results for which I am waiting.
However, as sod’s law would have it, I have had fluctuating pain on the right hand side of my ribcage and back  immediately after the tests. One possibility of this is that  nearly two weeks ago I clashed into somebody whilst playing football, which winded me and hurt my torso, but left no ostensible bruises or lingering pain subsequently. It does however, make little sense to me that a week later I would start feeling the effects, so I’m wondering if this particular pain is injury related, or any STDs present this type of symptom?

Still nothing to do with a STD.

I should point out that right now the pain has transferred to the right hand side of my back and is quite sharp right now. Seems to go from front side to back.
I've only had this for the past 4 days but I've gone through the motions already. From slightly noticeable to quite sharp, then to unoticeable to very sharp.

Pain is not STD related.
