Desperate for answers

So roughly 9 months ago i was with a girl I had only met a few times. Long story short about 2 weeks later while in florida i noticed a slight tingle in the tip of my penis. I ignored it thinkn it was nothn but as time went along it started to grow worse. Some days though i wouldnt feel it at all. Since then it has turned into not a tingle but discomfort in the whole area on and off. I went through a spot where gas was very apparent, could not stop farting. Now its mostly stomach aches and loose bowel movements. Also the whole area of my genitals and rectum seem unusally warm. Some days these symptoms are more apparent than others. I have been tested for most common STD's including syphillis, chlamidia, ghonnorhea, herpes, HIV/AIDS, Urinary tract infection. Ive spoken with the girl a few times after looking for answers as she knew she had something. She told me that it was a bacterial infection and that it was rare for a man to get it. Her past partner didnt have it, and that it was " Like" a yeast infection. She said she told the doctor her symptoms and he perscribed her anti-biotics and it went away. So ive been to a free clinic, and one other doctor multiple times, and its hard to explain to them the symptoms. I have no visual symptoms, discharge, swelling, bumps or rash, just the ones i mentioned earlier. So my mind has been running rampant with ideas of what i might have. I spoke with a online doctor asking him if it might be a male yeast infection. He said with the time span of 9 months i would have experienced fever and other symptoms due to an infection. Maybe HPV? I have no clue and am weary of paying more money to a doctor who probably cant help me out. ANY feedback is appreciated. Thanks for reading this.

well I'm sure all the antibiotics are the cause of the gas and diarrhea issues for you.

cover the prostate infection issue and also discuss with your provider if yeast is an issue for you at this point with the "warmth" sensations you've been having.

you've covered the std side of things from the sounds of things.

I re-read your original post, you even tested negative for UTI.  It is as you say coincientally. You said you had blood work, if it was CBC etc. well then it's not a recent infection. Doesn't sound STD related at all.  Probably anxiety.

@War, the tingling was most prominent early on. it happens still but not as noticable. Pain in the shaft, seems at the bottom side of it, VERY warm around the whole area. Stool is usually very soft or diarhea like, kind of oil'y it seems. Feels like my colon might be swollen? It was vaginal sex was all, nothing else.

@ jesse, but ive never had it before, and coincidentally it was 2 weeks after i was with this girl?? And she addmitedly told me she had something. Ive had bloodwork done and nothing came back abnormal.

@ grace, i havent been examined for prostatis, and early on i was given a perscription , i forget the names of them, it was 2 different ones. 1 pill and the other was two, it was a one dose thing , but it did nothing. I think it was to get rid of an std they thought i might have but didnt.

Slight tingle in the tip of my penis can be normal  --- mainly due to soaps or shapoo from showering.   Your bowel movements and abdominal pain have nothing to do with STDs.
Get blood work: a cbc count, platelet, wbc, electrolyte analysis   ---rule out any recent infection.

You have no STD concern.

I can't really tell you much. You have been tested for STD's nothing so this is not a STD related issue. HPV symptom is a breakout, you have no concern with that. Try posting in the uriology community.
