I don't know what this is

I have a group of blisters on my penis.  they are small have a whitish top and a red base and are grouped together.  I have NOT been sexually active for a little longer than 3 years.  I've only been with one girl and wore a condom.  i don't know what this is but don't think it's herpes, but I am kind of worried about this.  Any thoughts on what this could be?

Went to the Doctor and she said it looked like poison ivy.  This is possible as about 3 days before the blisters showed up I was tailgating before a concert and urinated in the bushes of the end of the parking lot.  She did the STD testing anyway, but said it did not look like herpes and looked more like poison ivy.  Waiting on the results but I am a little less worried than before.

Thank you for your response, it was reassuring!!

For this to occur now, I highly doubt this could be even herpes at all. But you need a physician to diagnose this further before you can be sure.

Once, and I did read that you could pass herpes that way.  I don't think she ever had a cold sore, but can't be sure.

This could not be std related however, have you had unprotected oral before?
