White Bumps Under Foreskin

Hi,

I am an uncircumcised male.

A few days ago I noticed small clusters of tiny white bumps under my foreskin, I cannot wash them off.

They are really small in size but quite a few are there under my foreskin above the penis shaft.

Could they be fordyce spots?

I am very worried. Thanks

Anything with this skin can be many things often not a STD but you will have to see your Dr.
