What can I possibly have??
So around 3 weeks a go I had unprotected sex and 2 days later I noticed little red dots on my penis head with redness under the skin (I am uncircumcised) it also itched a bit not too much I went to the doctors she said it looked like a yeast infection so she prescribed me miconazole a week later it looked better so I went in and she then prescribed me nystatin I've been applying it for 2 weeks and it looks to be gone except when I peel my skin back it looks tender and now one of my testicles is red and hangs lower than the other and when I feel it it has a small lump under and it doesn't hurt what can this be???
