Hi Doctors, and experts

22th April 2022, I visted a pretty spa in Bangkok. She gave me protected oral sex, however her saliva was on a condom and she also poured some amount of lubricant on that too. She used her breast to masturbate me so her saliva was presented on her breast after that about 5 mins(not immediately, no direct contact) I suck her breast I might have had mouth ulcer or bleeding gum on that day.

Is there any of risks of STD?
Today(3 weeks passed) I feel burning and itching around my mouth it is a sign of HSV-1?  Its symptom normally shows at 3rd week?

No, herpes requires direct skin to skin contact to transmit - oral to oral, oral to genital, or genital to genital. It doesn't transmit by saliva.

Breast masturbation and breast succking are not risks for anything.

I don't know what is causing the burning in your mouth, but unless you kissed her, or already have hsv1, it's not due to that.

Dear Auntiejessi,

Today(22 passed) the irratation weakens, I might have contacted with chemical or hot Thai foood(I've always eaten spicy foood).

Is it normal a new infected person got 1-2 days oral irration? I might have HSV-1 since a childhood I think it's ok to let it go without getting tested for this case.

Best Regard
Or do I need to get tested to know my status?
Symptoms for HSV1 wouldn't appear for at least 2 days, and might not appear for several days.

I think you can let this go, especially if you think you might have had hsv1 since childhood. If you don't get any sores, I wouldn't worry at all.
