Oral gonorrhea, chlamydia or syphilis from my recent encounters?

Hey. Recently I've visited three different female Chinese prostitutes in Hong Kong 1 month and two weeks ago. I had protected sex with a condom with all three of them. I'm mostly worried about my first prostitute I visited cause it was the encounter I did the most risky things I believe. Just to make this clear why I'm worried is because I have an ulcer at the tip of my tongue and for whatever reason in my crazy mind I'm worried it's a syphilis chancre... But to be honest I already felt the ulcer developing on my tongue a day before I visited my first prostitute and already felt the hardened sensation of an ulcer developing before I performed oral cunnalingus on her. My only worry is why the ulcer is still there on the tip of my tongue? It's been there for a month and 2 weeks. It doesn't hurt like a regular ulcer like it used to anymore and it's painless now but I feel the sensation of it on the tip of my tongue. My logical mind is telling me that it is probably a very slow healing ulcer because of my daily cigar smoking(which I've already stopped smoking for a week). I probably shouldn't have smoked intensely and daily while I still had the ulcer on my tongue. I've been a daily cigar smoker for 3 years and I'm only 27 years old. But to describe my encounter with the first prostitute, we french kissed and had protected sex with a condom. But before I performed oral sex on her I noticed three pimple-like looking moles on the bottom of her thigh near her genitals and I made sure not to touch it but before I gave her oral sex I'm pretty sure I did not notice any bumps or lesions on her vagina because if it was obvious that she had any I wouldn't have given her oral sex. I had very small patch of rash on the top my hands about a few days ago and worried if it was a syphilis rash but basically it's already almost healed now at it's only been 3 days since I've got the rash. Probably a heat rash because the weather is very hot and humid in Hong Kong now. I've read the forums on here and read the answers from the doctors and all the evidence seems to point out that I probably shouldn't worry too much but I do. I'm dating someone now and I'm afraid to transmitting anything to her via kissing if I had oral syphilis or oral gonorrhea. I'm planning to get tested for all STDs at a local clinic tomorrow. If anybody on here can help answer my questions it would be very helpful. Thank you so much.

Ok, ill keep it simple.

Could be herpes but impossible to say without seeing it. Could be skin tags or could be moles. Who knows. If you didnt touch it then good. It is not syphilis though.

Syphilis is uncommon is most developed countries which includes HK. It is obvious and like you said you felt the ulcer before you did this. Also the rash is secondary stage not primary and stays longer than a few days so safe to say it is unrelationed.

Gono and Chlamydia is a possibility but ever so unlikely as transferring from giving a female oral sex  is quite rare and oral sex is not a good way to transmit.

Personally I wouldnt worry.

Thank you so much for the quick reply! I've also recently texted my uncle who's also a doctor and he said that even it is was still on my tongue for 1 month and two weeks, the ulcer on the tip of my tongue is just probably an infection/virus and I should just let it heal and abstain from alcohol and smoking for a while. In terms of vaginal intercourse it was all protected with all three prostitutes and my only concerns was the oral encounter with the first sex worker out of the three.
I still would not worry at all :)

Also anxiety can actually cause ulcers as well!
Thank you for helping out! I'll do my best not to worry;)
