syphilis test

Hello again, I have a question that baffles me. I did a RPR test after 9 weeks
then after 4 months TPHA and VDRL,
and now after 5 months, I did a test of TPHA and VDRL,
and I am waiting for the results.
I have two questions:
1- What is the probability that these new tests are as negative as the previous ones?

2- Is doing the analysis only 8 hours after the appearance of the rash may be misleading and give a wrong result?
Thanks

Is there a reason you are so concerned with syphilis? You are conclusively negative.

I got a positive TPHA score of 1:80 what does it mean
It means you HAD it at somepoint in your life.
I'm confused, my last test a month ago was negative and I haven't had any sexual relations
I'm confused too.

Did you have a TPHA test last month? Did you do a VDRL or RPR this time?

Why are you testing so often? When was the last time you had any possible exposure - either oral, vaginal or anal sex?

The reason for the retests is the symptoms The rash has recurred over the past two months but did not turn positive until the last test
The last encounter was an oral sex and a deep kiss with a girl
VDRL was negative
When was the oral sex? That was 5 months ago? A syphilis test is conclusive at 12 weeks. Have you had any exposures since then?

The rash can be caused by anything. You can't diagnose based on a rash.

The test means that you've either had it in the past, or you might have a new infection. Get another one done. Are you doing this with a doctor, or on your own? Get under the care of a doctor.
Oh or it's a false positive. I meant to include that and forgot.
The criterion less than 1:80 was negative and 1:80 was positive
I did not have all these tests and symptoms again for a single meeting 5 months ago
I meant that all these tests and symptoms are from a single event 5 months ago
then to me it sounds like a false positive but this is quite confusing to follow. Get one more test done with the Dr. If it is negative then leave it - the situation is finished.
I booked a visit to an infectious disease consultant doctor next week, we'll see what happens
Let us know what happens. I think the ID doc is the best idea.
I visited the doctor today and he told me I'm fine and I don't need anything but I'm anxious by nature so I tested rpr and tpha and they are all negative
Fantastic. Everything is negative, and that's what you needed to see.

Congrats! :)
thanks! :)

Doing a syphilis test at 9 weeks and definitely at 4 months are conclusive. I would not have done the 3rd one at 5 months.

The syphilis rash is considered secondary syphilis. The tests prior to this would have picked up any infection (which you dont have).
