Concerned- not sure who or what to ask

Hi all.
I am currently very concerned so apologise if my thoughts come across a little all over the place.
Need some advice.

The facts
1. Moment of drunken madness, I had protected vaginal and unprotected oral sex (me giving) with sex worker
2.she provided the condoms, no obvious tears etc
3. I have a slight ulcer in my mouth
4. Event was 24 hours ago

I am already paranoid about symptoms(sore throat, dry lips and aching limbs

I am looking for advice and keep coming across different statements so I am not sure of my level of risk and without knowing paranoia is taking over. I dont really have anyone I can talk to so would appreciate knowing

1. What STIs have I exposed myself to ( and likelihood)
2. Am I convincing myself of symptoms this early after potential exposure( when would symptoms normally present themselves)
3. What is the earliest I can get a test without risking false positives(indicators would be fine)

Please help!!

Thanks

Hi. Me again.( Sorry)  I think I may have a sore on the back of my neck - it looks like a collection of blisters though not puss filled or painful. I want to go to GUM clinic to assess...my question is will they be able to swab and diagnose if the sore is herpes related at 4 days?

Thank you so much for your patience.

Im suggesting you dont have herpes but is your in doubt that have a blood test at the 8 week mark as an indicator or your lips swabbed for a test.

Thanks. Today I have sore cracked lips. I cannot see any blisters and I have general aches and a sore throat that comes and goes. What will the lesions look like? Could they be mistaken for sore lips?

I appreciate your answers and your reassurance 're the probability of males contracting oral stds.. feel foolish asking but are there any numbers?  Everything I read online suggests herpes is pretty common.

Really appreciate the time you are taking to help me out.

lesions always precede flu like symptoms. and a male contracting any oral std by giving a female oral sex is highly unlikely unprobable, its most often always the other way around.

Thank you, can burning precede the lesions and if so for how long?

Any advice on whether I can transfer by kissing ( not French kissing) sorry to bombard with questions

Thank you for your reply. I am most concerned about herpes at this stage. Is it possible that burning thighs ( no visible lesions) are a symptom along with dry lips after 36 hours?

Also really concerned that I can transfer this through kissing and I cannot get a test for 2 weeks??

Your reply would be invaluable

Thank you

Hi. firstly no std shows symptoms in one day so your mouth sore is not related to the affair.
1. this was very low risk activity but you would be exposed to syphilis and herpes but nothing to be overly concerned about.
