black bumps by my clit

I am 18 years old but have only had sex a handful of times. I have always used protection. And havent had intercourse in a long time. While in the shower shaving...down there I noticed small pimple size black bumps. At first I thought they were black heads or ingrown hairs but they dont pop and there is no feeling in them. They dont hurt or burn or itch. I am concerned I might have an STD. But my current boyfriend suggested that it may be a bacteria from the ocean, as I just recently was in hawaii.  I thought this could be possible because there was bacteria in the water and we werent aloud in it for a few days, but they said it was safe to go back in. So I really dont know what it could be. I am really scared to go to the Gyno.

Go to planned parenthood if your THAT worried.  you can pay out of pocket and they don't have to inform your parents.

Well, its recommended by many experts that you go to the GYN when you are 18, or sexually active, whichever comes first.

Tell her you read it online or heard it in class or something.  :)

Why are you scared to go to the gyno?  If you haven't ever been before, you should, since you are sexually active.

Its not sounding like any std, but you should get it checked, especially if you think its something weird from the ocean.

If you need tips and info on visiting the gyn, post in the women's health forum.  They'll be glad to explain the whole thing.
