Help please.

Hey there-

I'm a 17 year old female, and have had sex only once. I have masturbated in the past, which I only mention because I think it may be part of the problem.
A year or two ago after I began masturbating (to avoid sex), I noticed a bump on the outside of my vagina. There would be only one or two, and I would generally only notice them after shaving down there. They would be slightly pink, turn a little white, and eventually go away after a few days to a week. However, yesterday I got myself off, and today I was going to the bathroom when I noticed a very large bump on the outside of my vagina, right beside my clitoris. It was a lot bigger than I am used to, so I kinda freaked out. I got a needle and sterilized it, then proceeded to try to drain the fluid. Soon enough, it kind of popped and a pus oozed out-- but then it started to ooze blood instead when I tried to drain it. It is making me really nervous, and I really don't think I could talk to my mother about this sort of thing. At all. Or anyone, for that matter. I'm scared, but I don't know what to do!!!

Please help me,

Concerned

See a Dr, this is not going to be STD related. Probably a pimple.
