burning urethra during and after peeing

well im 19 and a virgin, however, on my 19th bday which was 8 days ago, i went to a strip joint and recieved fellatio from a stripper with a condom on, but she did grind on me.. clothed and when i had the condom on, she also didnt have any sores or anyhting from what i saw, im wondering about stds and if i could have gotten any from that, as of right now, theres no blisters on my genital region, i do not have any back pain, just a burning sensation when i pee, but its not really THAT painful, i have a constant urge to pee, but over the past 2 days(today and yesterday) today hasnt been that bad, yesterday was worse, i have been reading that severe dehydration can cause a uti? i did drink very heavily on my birthday and didnt have much to drink in terms of water lol for that day and the day after, also i fell very hard on my genital region on this past monday and there is a scrape on my thight beside my testicle, but ive been applying polysporum to it and its not itchy or anything and its not blistered.. other than that im not itchy, and as of 8 days, theres no blisters or redness, can someone give me some input on what might be up?

It could be, but I think you have a good plan to go to the doctor.

so it could be from tuesday when i showered? the pain didnt start till wednesday night...its subsiding a little bit now, ive been drinking ALOT of water..but ill see how it goes, if its not gone by sunday, ill be at the doctor monday

Ohh Irish Spring could certainly cause that.

You really aren't at any real risk here, and unless this lingers more than a couple of more days, I wouldn't worry.  If it lingers, see your doctor, because the soap in the urethra can cause an infection.

And for future times - washing after does nothing to prevent an infection.

also i forgot to mention, i also showered with irish springs soap, which i dont normally use, could that have gotten in my urthrea and caused pain and stuff like that bout 2-4 days later?

i mean by clothed, and also with just the condom on, so not like, clothed with the condom at the same time, both seperate times..
