chlamydia and gonorrhea

Can you get chlamydia and gonorrhea from a possibility infected vagina from a sex worker by licking her vagina.? I had protected sex with a sex worker and I also lick her vagina and I got positive for those STI

You would get oral gonorrhea or chlamydia from that, not genital.

You tested positive for both of those? Are you sure that's what your results are?

Hello this is my second account. I been taking different test from different hospitals for my test first one was after day 1 having sexual with her then couple week later I took another test from a different hospital I’m young and I don’t know too much about my doctor but after that test it said I was positive for gonnocus infection I got scared and keep thinking my condom probably didn’t protect me enough and I’m free to the virus HIV most likely now
I went to the emergency clenic twice because I didn’t know how to make a simple appointment but during the time my doctor said I got exposed to this I also had pain in my left testitcle, itchiness, pain or itching in side my penis and now my throat is also dry and been coughing a lot.
Why do you have 2 accounts?

You had protected sex. Is this the only time you've had sex? Maybe you didn't get gonorrhea from this person, but from someone else?
