genital warts or something else?

I have recently discovered very tiny bumps on the shaft of my penis which are somewhat flesh coloured with a little white to them. On the head of my penis seems to be a red bump. My foreskin is very itchy and I am wondering what is going on. At the ER I was told by the doctor I have genital warts, but another doctor since then has told me it could be from sweating or glans. I am not really sure what to believe and am experiencing some discomfort and anxiety about these bumps. Is it possible that this could be a yeast infection or some sort of heat rash? I have researched online for pictures and information on genital warts but that does not be seeming to do me any good. Also what other infections or causes could lead t this type of appearance.

Thank you

HPV could be the casue , what kind of exposure you had?

HPV is a very common STD, there is no cure for HPV but its not fatal either, less than 1% get teh cancer causing HPV. Hpv becomes dormant after 2 years in over 90% of the cases.

genitasl warts are usually flesh colored and look like little cauliflowers.

This doesnt mean its hpv but if a doctor believes it is, maybe you should get a third opinion just to be sure.
